Redmi Note 11R?

Hello. I have a Redmi Note 11R (sadly with only China ROM in mifirm.net) and I was wondering if I could flash a 11E rom on a 11R and not brick it. I have found this device with global rom in mifirm.net that lists 11E and 11R on the same device almost like if it was compatible. I have a feeling that it has a chance to work because the POCO M4 5G is identical on the exterior to the 11R.
Has anyone achieved this? The codename is very similar, the only china ROM device has codename...
